AIUM Member Registration Rates
Your membership must be current through the annual meeting dates to be eligible for AIUM member registration rates.

Badges
Register by February 22, 2024, and speed up the time to pick up your badge at the event and to help the AIUM create an amazing event for you.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt once your registration form and payment are submitted online.

Hotel Reservations
After completing your conference registration, you will receive a hotel reservation link and booking instructions within the confirmation email from the AIUM. Act quickly as these rooms are in high demand! Be sure to register for UltraCon and make your reservation as soon as possible.

Payments and Cancellations

Registration fees are payable at the time of online registration. Both credit cards and ACH payments are accepted. 
Written cancellation to learn@aium.org must be received by March 6, 2024, to receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $250 administration fee. Written cancellations received after March 6, 2024, will not receive a refund.

Videotaping, Streaming, and Photography Policy

The AIUM does not allow any unauthorized videotaping, streaming, or photography during the event except by management and its designated agents. The AIUM reserves the right to photograph, stream, or videotape any exhibits or attendee for use in promotional materials or any other AIUM publication. The AIUM may videotape educational courses for inclusion in the AIUM’s educational video program library.
