Urinary Tract Dilation (UTD) prenatally detected and postnatally confirmed can require ongoing surveillance or management depending upon the pathology responsible for the finding. Currently, multiple grading systems are in use to allow shared data on patients to be communicated between health systems and specialties to improve diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms. This multidisciplinary case-driven review will provide the opportunity for a current discussion of this common fetal and neonatal diagnosis.
