We report a case of a fetal liver hemangioma which presented in the mid trimester as a 4 cm cystic mass at the inferior border of the liver separate and distinct from the gallbladder and stomach.
Sequential evaluation demonstrated no progression no sign of hydrops or heart failure.
Postnatal evaluation has demonstrated a stable size and gradually falling alpha-fetoprotein consistent with a benign liver hemangioma
