Ultrasound Education in Medical School and Residency remains a field ripe for innovation. While studies have looked at how Attending Emergency Physicians and Attending Radiologists perform on Clinical Ultrasound in Long Bone Fractures, little information exists as to how our Residents and Medical Students can best be trained on this evolving technology. Here we present data and our training methods on how medical students with no significant previous ultrasound training perform without our intervention vs those who received the "quick hits" and immediately began to perform at a level similar to X-Ray
