This case report is of an uncommon diagnosis seen after an atypical presentation of upper extremity symptoms months status post clavicle fracture open reduction and fixation that was discovered after point-of-care ultrasound was performed in a Sports Medicine clinic. This presentation will cover several aspects of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and include images of the brachial plexus and main thoracic arteries and veins with both static and dynamic evaluations. This topic will be engaging for a variety of clinicians, including radiologists, vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons, and sports medicine physicians which should lead to much learning and discussion for all in attendance!
