Ultrasonographic and Magnetic Resonance Imaging Utilization for Diagnosis of a Rare Oculofacial Cleft (Tessier Cleft 4): A case report

Oculofacial clefts are rare, and this case presents a not commonly seen Tessier cleft 4 and discusses the imaging prenatally and important steps taken to prepare the delivery and pediatric surgical teams postnatally. This case reviews the important ultrasound and magnetic resonance images required to successfully make a timely diagnosis thereby increase the ability for post-natal surgical planning for this rare congenital malformation.
