This study assesses the length of time required for completion of transvaginal cervical length measurement (TV CL) in patients found to have short cervixes ( < 2.5cm) at their anatomy scan. Additionally, we sought to compare the time required for TV CL measurement in obese and non-obese patients, and with various degrees of cervical shortening. From our results, we were able to no significant difference between the amount of time to obtain transvaginal cervical lengths in women with varying degrees of short cervix or in obese women.
