We describe the development and implementation of POCUS Progress Reports: a simple and innovative tool to track fellows’ progress in a longitudinal POCUS curriculum. This approach received positive feedback by both fellows and program directors, assisting with improved communication, accountability, and re-enforcement of learning goals. The tool can be adapted to other training programs or technical skills, supporting competency-based skill development.
