Penile fracture is a rare diagnosis in the emergency department, especially in the setting of Peyronie’s disease. There are only 1:100,000 penile fracture cases annually, so it is important for you to be prepared to make the diagnosis. To our knowledge, this is the first case report outlining the role of POCUS in diagnosing penile fracture in the setting of Peyronie’s disease. We discuss the pearls and pitfalls of POCUS to diagnose this rare combination of conditions.
