Optic Neuritis is a challenging and time sensitive diagnosis. MRIs, the gold standard for diagnosis, are generally unavailable from the Emergency Department, are time intensive and costly. This case report demonstrates the utility of using POCUS ocular nerve sheath diameter measurements as a screening tool for detection of Optic Neuritis.
