Nonsurgical rhinoplasty with dermal filler carries the risk of significant complications, including vascular occlusion, skin necrosis, blindness, and cerebral ischemia. We present a case of vascular occlusion and nasal septum necrosis following nonsurgical rhinoplasty ,and describe the management using ultrasound guidance with remote collaboration. Ultrasound use helped to identify areas of abnormal flow and targeted hyaluronidase injections, leading to complete resolution of cutaneous and mucosal ischemia.
