Complex laceration repairs can be a real pain in the thigh...until you block them with a lateral femoral cutaneous nerve block. This presentation will teach you how to perform this fast, simple, and easy block to facilitate complex laceration repairs of the thigh. This nerve block reduces risk of LAST, minimizes wound distortion from local injection, increases patient satisfaction with fewer injections, and enables full mobility post repair.
