A critically ill patient teenager with a know brain tumor arrives with altered mental status, tachycardic, tachypneic, febrile and hypoxic in hypovolemic shock. A single hand held ultrasound probe was used to evaluate five organ systems (ocular, IVC, FAST, lungs and echo) and make an unexpected diagnosis.
