Point of Care Ultrasound in a Bilingual Low Resource Community 2019-2022: Access, Quality, and Cost During the Pandemic.

Open access with weekend office hours with open access to point of care ultrasound was value added for high-risk low resource communities multiple barriers to care. Point of care ultrasound service was a key part of improvement of care for this community, and growth in patient demand suggested a previously unmet need.. In women's health care, high risk cases were managed more rapidly without transfers of care and fragmented care was reduced. After twenty years years of extensive experience in OB Gyn, the group added additional point of care ultrasound services and monitored outcomes 2014-2022. This is the largest study of community based paint of care ultrasound in a privately funded mission driven group.
