We present here a case of a healthy 34 year old patient who arrived at the ER with progressive worsening vision. The patient was initially seen by the ED providers who called in Ophthalmology with concern for vitreous hemorrhage vs retinal pathology. Patient found to have eleavated IOP which led to further bloodwork that ultimately led to.a final diagnosis of posterior uveitis due to toxoplasmosis. In patients who are from other countries, toxoplasmosis should be considered in the differential and Emergency Physicians should continue to use POCUS when evaluating the painless vision loss patient.
