Flemming Forsberg received a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, Lyngby, Denmark in 1990. After a year as a post-doctoral research fellow at King’s College, London, England and a year in private industry, he went to the department of Radiology, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, USA in 1992. Dr. Forsberg is currently a tenured Professor of Radiology. His research focuses on ultrasound contrast agents with an emphasis on subharmonic imaging, noninvasive pressure estimation and high frequency pre-clinical imaging. Dr. Forsberg is a Senior Member of the IEEE and a Fellow of the AIUM and the AIMBE.
