Compare the second- and third-trimester markers of PAS with those seen in the first trimester. Sonographic markers seen in the first trimester of a cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) will be juxtaposed with tose of the US markers of placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) in the second and third trimesters. This proves, that in the 1st trimester CSP is an integral and early form of PAS.
