Counselimg patients with Cesarean Scar Pregnancy (CSP) is a daunting task. It can be based upon the type of the CSP. Type 1 appears to have a relatively good outcome as oposed to the Type 2 variety. There are several US markers of CSP, however they have a relatively low predictive value to outcome should the pregnancy managed expectantly. The best disticltion between the two tipes, as to their clinical outcome, is the Residual Myometrial Thickness: which is THE ONLY MEASURABLE US MARKER of CSP PREDICTING POSSIBLE OUTCOME. This abstract is a guidline of how to evaluate this marker.
