Dr Rodney is board certified in Family Medicine[FAAFP], Obstetrics[ABPS], and Emergency Medicine[FACEP]. He remains clinically and academically active over the pat 47 years.[1977-2024]Drs Rodney published most of the initial studies on point of care ultrasound[POCUS]. in family medicine This was a disruptive technology demonstrating higher quality health care with better access and at a lower cost for women. Ultrasound at the bedside by the treating physician offers an opportunity for immediate improvements in for the management of pregnancy, miscarriage, pelvic pain, and more. It is a key element in our fellowship preparing physicians for board certification in family medicine obstetrics[ABPS].
