Lauri S. Hochberg, MD (she/her/hers)

Dr. Hochberg is an Associate Professor and the Division Director for the Gynecologic Imaging Division for the Department of OB/GYN at University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine. She is an expert in gynecologic imaging and uses transvaginal ultrasound to understand, evaluate and treat many different conditions including adnexal masses, abnormal uterine bleeding, and pelvic pain. Her research interest of using transvaginal ultrasound to evaluate adnexal masses has led her to work on several studies as part of the International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA) group. Dr. Hochberg is also passionate about education and is the rotation director for the resident gynecologic imaging rotation. Dr. Hochberg is the elected Secretary of the AIUM’s GYN Community of Practice. She is a member of the Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine’s Advisory Editorial Board and an elected member of the AIUM Board of Governors.
