I'm Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and the Fellowship Director of Clinical Emergency Ultrasound at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
I finished my emergency medicine residency at Maimonides Medical Center followed by a fellowship in clinical emergency ultrasound at Harvard Medical School/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
I have published peer reviewed studies in clinical emergency ultrasound in addition to trauma and critical care. My field of interest is ultrasound simulation, regional anesthesia and advanced cardiac ultrasound. I am the director of the regional conference "BlockCamp" that is a bootcamp for teaching nerve blocks and is held annually at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
