Learning Objectives:

• Use ultrasound in the care of pregnant patients Providers that take care of reproductive-aged/pregnant patients. Understanding how to identify these abnormal pregnancy locations will improve practitioners' ability to care for patients appropriately. Ectopic pregnancy is defined as a pregnancy that occurs outside of the endometrial cavity. The most common site of ectopic pregnancy is the fallopian tube; however, ectopic pregnancies can occur in other locations. This case-based talk will discuss the sonographic criteria for diagnosing ectopics in unusual locations in hopes of improving providers' familiarity with these entities and aiding in the accurate and timely diagnoses for improvement of patient management and outcomes.
